While studying at Pennsylvania College of Optometry, Dr. Roberts received several awards for academic and clinical excellence. Bryant IV, O.D.Dr. Bryant graduated with honors from the University of Pittsburgh and Pennsylvania College of Optometry. His memberships include Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society, Beta Beta Beta Biological Honor Society, American Optometric Association and New York State Optometric Association. Dr. Bryant completed externships at Carim Eye and Retina Center and Hahnemann University Hospital. As Chief of Glaucoma Services, he has special interest in advanced diagnostic technology and the latest treatments for glaucoma. Dr. Bryant has lectured to optometric groups on the topic of glaucoma diagnosis, and enjoys presenting eye care topics to various community groups. Dr. Bryant serves as a clinical consultant for the world's leading contact lens manufacturer. He resides in Hillcrest with his wife Betsy, and daughter Lexi. |

Dr. Sirgany is native to the Binghamton area and has a long history with Roberts Eyecare Associates. While attending Ithaca College and his first two years in optometry school, he worked at Roberts Eyecare Associates as an optometric assistant and in the optical. Dr. Sirgany is a graduate of Chenango Forks High School, Ithaca College and the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Upon completion of his doctorate, he completed an intense residency program, specializing in Ocular Disease at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia, PA. In December of 2005, Dr. Sirgany was granted fellowship status in the American Academy of Optometry (FAAO).
Dr. Sirgany enjoys traveling and has treated the indigent people of Guatemala, Belize and Western Alaska with several health care missions. He has been published in professional journals and has lectured to many health care professionals on ocular disease. He resides in Chenango Bridge with his wife Sarah and their two children. |

| Dr. Tammy L. Carlson, O.D. Dr. Carlson has been practicing Optometry in the Greater Binghamton Region since 1999. She is a graduate of Penn State University and the New England College of Optometry where she earned several awards and honors. She is a member of Beta Sigma Kappa, The National Optometeric Society and served internships at the Martha Elliott Health Center and The New England Eye Institute. Her special interests include Contact Lenses and Pediatric Optometry. Dr. Carlson is involved in several Community organizations. She enjoys traveling, volleyball and downhill skiing. Dr. Carlson resides in Brownsdale, PA. |

She received her Doctor of Optometry designation from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida where she was a member of Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society in all four years. Dr. Arun not only excelled academically but also held various leadership positions at school such as Class President, SGA Vice-President and Beta Sigma Kappa Treasurer. In recognition for her outstanding leadership role she received the American Optometric Association Student Leadership Award. She gained extensive clinical skills from rotations in Cornea and Contact Lens, Pediatric Optometry/Binocular Vision, Primary Care and Low Vision Rehabilitation/Geriatric. Her clinical skills have been further enhanced by her experience in a private practice setting and in a multidisciplinary disease site. Dr. Arun is Director of the recently introduced Dry Eye Center at Roberts Eyecare Associates. |

He also graduated from Salus University, formally The Pennsylvania College of Optometry, with Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Optometry Degrees. He was the recipient of the Pennsylvania School of Optometry’s Presidential Scholarship for his doctorate work. Dr. Chen is a member of the American Optometric Association and has served internships at The Eye Institute at the Pennsylvania School of Optometry, Drexel University College of Medicine Department of Ophthalmology, Kay and Tabas Ophthalmology in Philadelphia, and Indian Health Services, Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corp. in Bethel, Alaska. Dr. Chen gained strong clinical skills through the extensive internship program working closely with ophthalmologists in managing complex glaucoma, retinal, and cataract cases. While working in rural Alaska, Dr. Chen provided comprehensive eye care to the Yup’ik Eskimos, using limited resources and equipment. He is also skilled in the latest advanced diagnostic equipment and ocular therapeutics for treating certain eye conditions. Dr. Chen also speaks Cantonese and Mandarin. |
| Dr. Kristy Dean, O.D.Dr. Dean graduated from the State University of New York, Albany, at Salus University, formally The Pennsylvania College of Optometry, with a Doctor of Optometry Degree. While at Salus University, she was awarded the Presidential Scholarship. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Albany and an Associate in Liberal Arts degree from Broome Community College. Dr. Dean completed externships with honors at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia, the Wilkes Barre Veterans Administration Hospital, and the Northeastern Eye Institute in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Dr. Dean is a member of Phi Delta Epsilon, American Optometric Student Association, and the Student Optometric Service to Humanity providing eye care to residents of Cap Haitian, Haiti. She has also served as an Eyewear Consultant. Dr. Dean has been a lifelong resident of the Southern Tier growing up in Whitney Point and looks forward to practicing in the area. . |
