Roberts Eyecare Associates - Vestal

I miss Dr. Roberts now that he has retired, but my new eye doctor , Dr Whinery, seems very competent and personable with strong communication skills. Selecting frames and understanding all the coating options was handled perfectly by "Vien." I hope to work with her again in the future.

Diana and Sally are true rock stars! I was here last week for my own personal appointment and was passively impressed with their professionalism under the stress of a very busy front office. However, today when I came in with my daughter I was absolutely amazed at the level of care Diana took with her to walk her through the registration and change of insurance while the line just kept getting longer. She somehow greeted each new person while making my daughter feel like she was the only person there. I know it helps to have Sally right there by your side, but the both of you together are an amazing team. Truly, thank you, Diana and Sally.

Never had any issues with them, no matter what doctor I've had so far. The people that work there are always friendly and kind and respectful so always good place and peopke to our family

My glasses had a damaged bow from recent fall and Nikki in Vestal did a fabulous job fixing them for me. I am always happy with the service I receive at Roberts

Very very welcoming front counter staff , all around a very pleasant experience. Especially Nikki who adjusted my glasses for me without even looking, everyone was wonderful! There's a reason I've been going here since I was seven! :)

I truly enjoy the providers and staff at Roberts Eye Care in Sydney. I used to go to Vestal but the office was rather chaotic and a little out of the way for me (although staff and providers amazing at both locations).

Had a very pleasant experience from start to end. They were very helpful and answered my questions. I am hard of hearing and that can make office visits difficult. Staff was knowledgeable about the nuances of communicating with the hearing impaired. I am so thankful for the calm, patient and cheerful ambience.

My son had gotten flash burn in his eyes from school, I called the office and they had my son scheduled in no time!! The entire staff there is caring, professional, and down to earth!! Thank you for all you do!!!

I’ve been going to the Sidney office since my eye doctor in Oneonta retired 15+ years ago and I’ve always had a pleasant experience. Recently I went to the Vestal office and had a good experience with my glasses but once it came to my contacts I was basically thrown into the back seat with no answer to where my trial pair might be and after 4 months I called the Sidney office and I was helped right away and a new trial pair was ordered for me and arrived sooner than expected. Lesson learned is to just stick with the Sidney office from now on! Very thankful for all the staff that assisted me!

We liked our visit to Roberts . All employees were helpful and kind . it has been years for us since we had exams .we ordered 2 pairs each . would definitely go back to this location .
