   No charge with the purchase of one of our premium quality frames. If for any reason (except loss, theft, or abuse) you need your frame repaired or replaced, we will replace or repair your frame up to 1 year from the date of purchase.

2. One Year Lens Warranty.

   No charge with the purchase of our premium quality lens coatings. We will replace your lenses up to 1 year from the date of purchase due to scratches, breaks, or defects (except loss, theft, or abuse). Lenses must be the same prescription, design and frame.

3. 30-Day Prescription Guarantee.

   Roberts Eyecare Associates makes every effort to give you the best vision possible. If for any reason you are uncomfortable, or feel you are not seeing your best with your prescription eyewear, we will make it right. Any prescription changes will be covered within 30 days of purchase if your eye exam was performed in our office. Please refer to our policy if the eye exam was not performed by us or the eye wear is not purchased from us.

    Roberts Eyecare offers competitive pricing on contact lenses. When purchasing an annual supply, we can ship to you home at no additional cost. In addition, we have many private practice rebate incentives not offered to other practices, online or retail. When purchasing an annual supply, you receive ‘extra’ benefits such as: 20% off a pair of sun glasses within 30 days, starter kit of solution, demo lenses to get you by if needed. We will also bill your vision plan as well or added savings to you. Some of the problems that have been encountered when purchased and dispensed elsewhere are:
